Do I need to sign a contract? What are the contents of the contract?

Each transaction is accompanied by a formal purchase and sale contract. The contract will specify: equipment brand, model and number, description of core component status, warranty period and scope, delivery method and time, payment terms, breach of contract liability, dispute resolution method, etc. We adhere to the principle of "written agreement, mutual confirmation" to avoid disputes caused by verbal commitments.

How do I usually pay for buying second-hand equipment? Can it be divided into installments?

We support a variety of payment methods: bank transfer, corporate account remittance, or deposit payment through WeChat/Alipay. At present, bank loan installment payments are not supported, but for long-term cooperative customers or bulk purchases, the payment rhythm can be negotiated (such as prepayment of 30% -50%, final payment before shipment or payment after arrival inspection). Specific details can be discussed on a case by case basis.

The evaluation criteria include: brand model, year of manufacture, working hours, current status of core components, chassis condition (if any), complete maintenance records, appearance condition, etc. A preliminary estimate can be made by sending device photos and videos, and the specific price needs to be confirmed in detail through on-site viewing or remote video. The recycling process is simple, and payment for towing can be made on the same day after the transaction.
